ENGRAVING PROCESS
- This item comes with a pre-engraved design, but you can have it custom engraved on the back for an extra $25. When placing your order, simply type the words you want to be engraved in the description of the listing when purchasing your item. If you want to include more images in your layout, please mention that in your order description and send them to us separately at the same email address with your order number in the subject heading. New images that we don’t have in stock cost $10 each to convert to a file that we can print. Please send high-resolution (clear) or vector images if possible. We have most of the Hawaii military images (all branches), but if the source of your image (your company or unit) is newer, farther away, or lesser known we may not have it in our files. We will let you know during the proofing process if you require additional fees. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any new images. Please note that you cannot attach smartphone photographs of cloth badges or coins to be used as a printed logo.
We do not add medal coins or medallions to this item. Options available for other items
If you’re not doing custom engraving, we won’t send you a layout. However, if you’re doing custom engraving, we will send you a rough draft layout with the images and words you requested so you can either review and suggest changes or give us the thumbs up and approve it. If any, please keep your revisions brief. Insure you have sent the correct text, spelling, and punctuation to use before we create your layout. You have up to three chances to change your layout, after which we will move on to print your item. We will print your order only after you approve the layout. We’ll send you another email when your order is complete and ready for pickup. To check on your order status, please call the engraving shop at 808-484-1415.
If you need your order earlier than five days from the date you placed your order, we offer a rush order service for $20. You can pay the rush fee when you pick up your order.
For non-rush orders, please request your pickup date to be at least seven days after the date of purchase.

We ship only to the USA and APO addresses, and the shipping fee is $28. If you’re ordering from outside the United States, please message us first to know the shipping cost.
