New images that we don’t have in stock cost $10 each to convert to a file that we can print. Please send high-resolution (clear) or vector images if possible. We have most of the Hawaii military images (all branches), but if the source of your image (your company or unit) is newer, farther away, or lesser known, we may not have it in our files. We will let you know during the proofing process if you will be charged for new images. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any new images.
Please do not send smartphone photographs of cloth badges or coins to be used as a printed logo. Send images as graphic files only (JPEG, PDG, SVG, PNG)
We can inlay your coin onto your custom item. Either drop off coins at the engraving shop in Aiea or mail them to the address Makemake Makana LLC, 99 920 Iwaena st, unit 102, Aiea Hi 96701. Coin inlay are an extra $10 for round coins and $15 t0 $20 if your coin is larger than 3” in diameter, or an irregular shape (not round)
If you have any special requests, be sure to include them in the description with your order. Always put your order number on the subject heading.
PROOF OF LAYOUT
We will send you a layout with the images and words you requested, and you will have up to 3 chances to suggest changes or approve the layout. Please keep revisions and the going- back-and-forth to a minimum.
We will print only after you approve, and we will send another email when your order is complete. If you want to check on your order status, call the engraving shop at 808 484 1415.
PICK UP DATE & RUSH ORDERS
If you need your order earlier than five days from the date you placed your order, we offer a rush order service of $20. You can pay the rush fee when you pick up your order.
For non-rush orders, please request your pickup date to be at least seven days after the date of purchase.
We will ship to the USA and APO addresses & Canada. (Australia and New Zealand shipping are on hold for now.)
Please allow at least 3 weeks for shipping. We use USPS priority, but expedited shipping is available at an extra cost.
Please make sure the recipient address you provide is correct and accepts packages. You need to pay again to re-ship if your item is undeliverable due to a wrong address you provide.
